Brian’s practice includes general civil litigation, bankruptcy, and Orphan’s Court matters. He has defended large corporations in both local and national class action matters addressing insurance coverage matters throughout the United States. He is a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania, and has law degrees from The James Beasley School of Law, and The University of Manchester School of Law, United Kingdom where he studied in a program then headed by Nobel Prize Winner, Professor Sir John Sulston.
