He has a certificate from Temple University School of Law’s Graduate Tax Program in Estate Planning. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey.

As an adjunct professor at Widener University School of Law, John teaches Corporate Reorganization, Chapter 11, and has also lectured on Business Law and Consumer Bankruptcy Practice and Procedure at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, University of Vilnius, Lithuania and ETLE University, Budapest Hungary. John has represented clients in the Enron, Adelphia, Nortel and Orleans Builders bankruptcy cases, as well as clients in the United States Bankruptcy courts in Delaware, Indiana, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas. He served in the United States Army from 1962 to 1965.
