Curtis P. Cheyney III, Senior Counsel

Curtis P. Cheyney - Wetzel Gagliardi & Fetter LLCCurtis recently retired from Swartz Campbell LLC after 46 years, during which time he was a member of the law firm’s Management Committee.  He has been a member of the American, New York, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and Chester County Bar Associations.  He has focused his practice on the areas of insurance, professional liability, commercial and class action litigation.

A member of the International Association of Insurance Counsel, Defense Research Institute and Pennsylvania Defense Institute, Curtis has frequently lectured in the areas of insurance coverage and commercial litigation, including commercial trade secrets, privacy and privileges in litigation, discovery and e-discovery, insurance coverage, and consumer class actions.  He has been adjunct instructor in the interests of Trial Practice and in various PDI’s CLE Programs from 1995 to 2010.
